Abstract Apple Pay is a mobile payment service which has aroused increasing attention. The users’ intention of Apple Pay is critical for service supplier to profit from such an innovation. Integrating both perspectives of UTAUT and flow experience, this paper develops factors for users’ continuance intention which include effort expectancy, perceived control and focused attention and then proposes the research model. Through the questionnaire survey of Apple Pay users, we use SPSS20.0 and AMOS17.0 for empirical analysis and hypothesis testing. Studies show that effort expectancy, perceived control and focused attention have significant effects on users’ continuance intention. Based on the findings, we put forward some suggestions.
