Abstract The profit distribution mode under the single factor although solve partners cooperation profit allocation problem to some extent, but results of profit distribution are unreasonable and even unfair in some cases owing to the error emergence and multiple factors interference. These impacts on supply chain cooperation effects. The paper combined modified Shapley method and the TOPSIS method, analyzed and calculated the single factor and multiple factors profit distribution based on risk correction factors and risk compensation value. The different income distribution results proved that multiple factors income distribution idea applied to practice. It is a correction to single factor.
