Abstract In recent years, “seeing a doctor is difficult and expensive” has become China’s biggest medical problem. The health care system based on hospital and specialist has been unable to meet the growing demand for Chinese people on health care. Therefore, the government has vigorously advocated the development of community medical service, and institutions for which has been the focus of the medical system reform. Since community hospitals are the most convenient places for health service, the quality of which is demanded to be constantly increased. With the rapid development of Internet, cloud computing and other new information technologies, the intelligent medical service with prediction model is very promising for its development. It is necessary for us to find and solve the problems in developing the medical service in the intelligent community so as to realize the sustainable development of the community medical service.
