ABSTRACT In this article, I offer some specifications concerning the justificatory basis, the scope, and constituency of the adversary argumentation principle that I have recently presented in my book Interactive Justice. This principle offers normative guidance to articulate cooperative dynamics of interaction between the parties to intractable value conflicts in politics. It prescribes that all parties should be heard on an equal footing as an entailment of their moral status as claim-makers. Abbreviation: Adversary Argumentation Principle
