ABSTRACT Librarians, researchers and practitioners should always consult grey literature as a resource for systematic reviews because it yields information that is not found in proprietary databases and indexes. This article looks at one librarian’s participation in the GL19 and the collaborative efforts of others in papers, posters and a panel discussion produced for the conference.
