To the Editor, The authors wish to bring to the attention of the readers of this recently published article that since its publication additional information has clarified one case in the 0–5 age group which was excluded because of incomplete data. The inclusion of this case has altered the injury pattern for this pediatric age group described in the original paper. In terms of the maximum abbreviated injury scale (MAIS) by body region 3 for this additional case, the following injuries were observed:
