With hardly any empirical research investigating how others view college students with criminal records (CSCRs) in education, this study seeks to contribute to the literature. Particularly, the researchers utilize a case study to explore college administrators’ perceptions and beliefs about CSCRs and whether they believe their institution is an inclusive environment. The researchers offer implications that can help administrators create a more inclusive and equitable environment.
