This discussion attempts to bring a relational and contextual sensibility to Herzog’s case material in “Dolph and Gus: War of the Worlds.” In doing so, issues concerning sex and gender, the forward edge, and the intersubjective field are explored, and an emphasis on wholeness is advocated in an effort to expand the arena of clinical inquiry.
