In their comments, Drs. De Bernardo and Rosa stated that our paper was missing several references related to optic nerve sheath diameter ONSD assessments. Specifically, they state that we neglected to mention that ultrasound has been used since the 1970s, that we did not emphasize the role of Standardized A scans, and they reference some of their publications in which they emphasize the importance of these scans in diagnosing optic nerve lesions and benign intracranial hypertension.
