The origin of superconductivity and pairing symmetry of order parameter are still controversial problems for the FeSe thin film up to now. With the Neumann boundary conditions, the electromagnetic properties of this system are investigated using two-band Ginzburg-Landau theory. We calculate the temperature dependence of upper critical field in arbitrary direction and critical supercurrent density through the FeSe film. We reveal that the normalized upper critical field is independent of the film thickness and all of our theoretical results are in accordance with the experimental data. It thus strongly indicates the existence of two-gap s-wave superconductivity in this material.
