Lichen planus (LP) is an autoimmune inflammatory disease typically treated with topical and systemic corticosteroids, but biologics such as dupilumab are emerging as a novel therapeutic treatment. This case presents a 55-year-old African American male with refractory lichen planus who failed multiple treatments but experienced improvement with dupilumab.
