Recalcitrant dermatophytoses with reduction in antifungal susceptibility is increasingly reported in many regions worldwide. In this paper we described clinical and mycological characteristics of patients with recalcitrant dermatophytosis together with antifungal susceptibility patterns towards common antifungals in our own region. Management and clinical outcomes were also been discussed.
