In 1985, we observed the case of a coronary arteriovenous fistula (CAVF) between left circumflex artery and coronary sinus diagnosed for the first time by nuclear magnetic resonance ( Figure 1 A ). This healthy 21 year-old male had presented to our hospital for evaluation of a systolo-diastolic murmur.
