Abstract Highlight (Word Count: 49): We conducted contact-tracing investigation of multiple patients and healthcare workers exposed to a pre-symptomatic physician, triple-vaccinated with BNT162b2 COVID-19 vaccine, infected with SARS-CoV-2 B.1.1.529 (Omicron) Variant. Of 51 contacts, 45(88%) were triple-vaccinated (boosted) with BNT162b2 vaccine and 47(92%) contacts were masked. One (1/51, 2%) triple-vaccinated primary contact became infected.
