Objectives: To explore the effect of group intervention on prevention and control of hypertension. Conventional group in accordance with the current routine management practices required to work, not to accept the project team training and intervention.Evaluation of the two groups before and after intervention related indicators. Results: After the intervention of the management group, the knowledge score and the awareness rate of hypertension were all higher than those before the intervention and the intervention of the control group (P < 0.05); after the intervention of the management group, drug treatment), physical exercise were significantly higher than those before intervention, and the drug treatment and physical activity compliance were higher than that of the control group after intervention (P < 0.05) Pressure, total cholesterol, fasting blood glucose were lower than before intervention (P < 0.05), diastolic blood pressure was no significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Group intervention management model can better prevent and control hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases and development, can improve blood pressure in patients with hypertension, improve patient compliance and self-efficacy medication.Briefly discuss the data and emphasize the significance of the results.
