Objective: The prevalence of overweight (MT) and obesity among women is 59.2%. The expediency of singling out a group of patients with metabolically healthy obesity is being actively discussed.The ratio of obesity variants and hemodynamic status is still poorly studied, including of young women. These data are necessary to optimize the predictive diagnosis of diseases associated with various variants of obesity, and to improve their personalized prevention. to evaluate the effect of metabolic phenotype (MP) of obesity on the indicators of daily monitoring of blood pressure (DMBP). Design and method: The study included 100 women aged 18 to 35 years. The MP was determined by different combinations of such indicators as the body mass index (BMI) and the HOMA-Index (HI). In the 1st group, women with a BMI less 25 kg/m2 and HI less 2.52 (control), in the 2nd group with BMI less 25 kg/m2 and HI more 2,52, in the 3rd group BMI more 25 kg/m2 and HI less 2.52, in the 4th group BMI more 25 kg/m2 and HI more 2.52. DMBP indicators were evaluated using the BPLab Vasotens device (N-Novgorod, Russia). Results: In women in 4th group, compared with the control during the daytime, SBP increased by 16.8 mm Hg or 14.8% (P = 0.0000), DBP increased by 7.1 mm Hg or 9.4% (P = 0.0000). SBP is enlarged in midnight by 14.3 mmHg or 14.5% (P = 0.0000), DBP - by 5.0 mmHg or 8.0% (P = 0.0044). In women from the 2nd and 3rd groups, these indicators were higher than the control, but these differences were less pronounced. Conclusions: In young women, the maximum increase in SBP and DBP per day was detected when excessive BM/obesity was combined with high insulin resistance. Their presence in an isolated form is associated with less pronounced disorders of DMBP. It is useful to take these data into account when creating a system of predictive diagnostics of the consequences of obesity and their individualized prevention by more differentiated formation of cardiovascular risk groups among the discussed contingent, according to the metabolic status.
