available at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/30247578 Editorial Comment: We often see men seeking treatment for infertility when they are relatively young, and we know that hypoandrogenism is commonly associated with male reproductive dysfunction. These investigators evaluated men 15 years after an initial assessment for fertility and observed that bulk semen parameters, testosterone and pituitary function generally declined through time. Since testosterone is such a central player in male health, it is essential to continue to follow men with infertility long after they have the families they desire.
