This article describes an innovative approach using a prerecorded HFSBE and debriefing with third-year, baccalaureate, undergraduate students. Results of this strategy were positive, including student feedback such as, "Any way to visually integrate pathophysiology in the clinical setting is the best form of teaching yet."
