Introduction: Malignancy has been a leading cause of death after organ transplantation. However, patterns and outcomes of post-transplant malignancy (PTM) among Thai kidney transplant recipients (KTRs) have not been previously reported. This study was conducted to determine the incidence and survival rate of PTM. Methods: We retrospectively retrieved medical data of 805 KTRs who underwent kidney transplantation at Praram9 hospital between 1992-2019. Demographic characteristics, incidence, and survival after cancer diagnosis were analyzed. Results: Among 805 KTRs, 68 PTM (8.4%) were diagnosed in 66 KTRs. The main differences between KTRs with and without cancer included age at transplant (p<0.001) and the use of the immunosuppressive agents (p<0.001).
