Purpose: Peer evaluation is a common assessment tool in educational programs to allow learners to improve their interactional, collaboration, and teamwork skills, such as time management, listening, critical thinking, and leadership, by providing peers with formative feedback and by learning how to receive peer feedback. Recent educational reform in medical schools focuses heavily on improving students’ problem-solving and teamwork skills. Previous studies have shown that doctors with better communication, listening, critical thinking, and collaboration skills have better doctor– patient relationships. 1
