Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune leukocyte responses. In this study, we explored the disease characterized by a broad spectrum of clinical transcriptional signature of PBMCs from clinically and manifestations. Although great progress has been made in understanding the contribution of genetic and environmental factors in SLE pathogenesis, as there are over 20,000 published studies evaluating related cellular dysfunction, the exact mechanisms that underline this process are still unknown. Over the past 10 years, novel insights have mainly originated from genome-wide association (GWAS) and gene expression studies.
