multiple myeloma oncogene 1 (+), Bcl-2 (+), and EpsteinTo the Editor: Diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the major type of primary pulmonary lymphoma (PPL). Barr virus-encoded RNA ( ) [Figure 1G]. After two DLBCL tends to have a poor prognosis, with 5-year survival rates ranging from 0% to 60%. But in this case report, an old male was pathologically diagnosed as pulmonary DLBCL with unchanged asymptomatic pneumonia-like imaging manifestations in lung for 11 years, which reminds us to pay attention to pulmonary DLBCL with an indolent course.
