Guidelines proposed in 2015 based on comprehensive analysis of studies published over a 15-year period (1999–2010) reflected real-world practice. Accordingly, properly diluted BoNT-A solution can be refrigerated or frozen for up to4weeks for use in treating facialmuscles, and a single vial can be used for multiple individuals without concern of contamination or deterioration. This guideline was officially published by the American Society of Dermatology.
