of the causal relationship between treatment intake and treatment outcome. In addition, the patient may have improved by a gradually increasing benefit of the pramipexole. Further studies are warranted to reproduce this promising result. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first case of a TRD patient successfully treated with a highly prodopaminergic association of pramipexole and selegiline. The patient achieved remission under this welltolerated regimen.
