To the Editors: C lozapine is an agent for treatment resistant schizophrenia. However, the drug has been associatedwith some adverse effects such as agranulocytosis, venous thromboembolism (VTE) and cardiovascular complications (such as myocarditis, dilated cardiomyopathy, arrhythmia, orthostatic hypotension and paradoxic hypertension). However, up to now, no reports of clozapine related coronary thrombosis (CAT) and coronary artery disease (CAD) have been found.
