available at http://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29777786 Editorial Comment: This is a nice video based article that provides insight into an additional way to manage individuals with severe refractory hemorrhagic cystitis. As all urologists know, chronic hemorrhagic cystitis can be a tremendously morbid condition. Our mainstay approach is conservative management with the addition of hyperbaric oxygen. However, a subset of patients have severe radiation cystitis and progression of symptoms requiring blood transfusions.
