Objective To compare the functional outcome of cemented and uncemented hemiarthroplasty.Methods The mortality,surgery time,infection and Harris scores of 56 cases(uncemented hemiarthroplasty,n=30 and cemented hemiarthroplasty,n=26) were detected at post-operation and 1 year,respectively.Results The uncemented group was superior to cemented group in cardiopulmonary collapse(P=0.018).Conclusion Both uncemented and cemented hemiarthroplasty have good clinic effects(Harris) in treatment of femoral neck fractures.Uncemented hemiarthroplasty has advantages on cardiopulmonary collapse.
