In the article, “Efficacy of lidocaine on preventing incidence and severity of pain associated with propofol using in pediatric patients: A PRISMA-compliant meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials,”[1] which published in Volume 96, Issue 11 of Medicine, requires several corrections. The sentence “A total of 73% (8/11) studies used an adequate method of random sequence generation,[19–23,25,27] 64% (7/11) of the studies mentioned ‘allocation concealment’ with the description of using opaque, sealed envelopes” should appear as “A total of 73% (8/11) studies used an adequate method of random sequence generation,[19–23,25,27] 55% (6/11) of the studies mentioned ‘allocation concealment’ with the description of using opaque, sealed envelopes.” Figures 10-14 were ordered incorrectly. Figure 10 should be figure 11. Figure 11 should be Figure 12. Figure 12 should be figure 13. Figure 13 should be figure 14. Figure should be figure 10.
