Area of expertise:My area of expertise is in designing, implementing, and evaluating nursing education and research programs to recruit, retain, and optimize the nursing workforce. Throughout my career, mymultiple interconnected roles as an NPD practitioner, researcher, and leader and have provided me with a unique perspective and statewide and national networking opportunities to impact nursing professionalism at the hospital, state, and national levels.
