RADIOLOGY FINDINGS Decubitus radiograph demonstrates a normal bowel gas pattern with a nonspecific air-fluid level in the region of the stomach (Fig. 1). A gastrostomy tube is seen overlying the left upper quadrant. Ultrasound (US) identifies the fluid-filled balloon posteromedial to the stomach and beyond the pylorus (Fig. 2).
