To the Editors: A cute care physicians should always consider congenital pulmonary lesions whenmanaging a child with acute respiratory distress and unilateral “cystic” radiographic abnormalities. Consideration of differential diagnoses is age dependent. We have tabulated these congenital abnormalities and highlighted the typical age of presentation and unique clinical features to aid rapid clinical diagnosis and prompt management (Table 1).
