E lung disease exhibits diverse pathologic characteristics and radiologic findings. It can be caused by various factors, including parasitic and fungal infections, allergies, drugs, radiation, hazardous materials, smoking, and vasculitis, or it may be idiopathic. A new disease entity known as eosinophilic bronchiolitis was first reported in Japan in 2001 and proposed as an atypical eosinophilic lung disease.1 To our knowledge, there are only 4 reported cases of eosinophilic bronchiolitis in the English literature. We herein present a case of eosinophilic bronchiolitis with bronchial asthma. High-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) showed diffuse centrilobular nodules and bronchial wall thickening.
