616 he Congress of the International Society of Craniofacial SurT gery (ISCFS) XVIIIth biennial meeting took place in the picturesque Paris, France from September 16th to the 19th, 2019. The Congress returned to France, the birthplace of Craniofacial Surgery, where the first ISCFS Congress was first held in La Napoule 35 years ago under the presidency of Paul Tessier. Attendees had the pleasure of stimulating scientific discussion under the backdrop of the singular Eiffel Tower (Fig. 1). Between sessions, attendees spent time appreciating all of the breathtaking sights, sounds, and smells of Paris.
