The members present were Gilbert Greub (Chairman), Patrik Bavoil (Secretary, see Minute 5), Gerald Byrne, Deborah Dean, Ted Hackstadt, Matthias Horn, Bernhard Kaltenböck, Gary Myers, Servaas Morr e, Andreas Pospischil and Daisy Vanrompay. Apologies for absence were received from Ian Clarke, Konrad Sachse, Richard Stephens and Peter Timms. Anne Campbell, Scott Hefty and Dan Rockey were also present as ad hoc invited members since they were being considered as possible new members (see Minute 5).
