This paper addresses robust model predictive control for networked polytopic uncertain systems with packet loss. An infinite horizon performance cost in this paper only considers the sequence of the successful data transmissions. Two techniques are presented: one parameterizing the infinite horizon control moves into a single state feedback law and the other into a free control move followed by the single-state feedback law. Like the traditional approach, the performance cost is utilized as the Lyapunov function to prove closed-loop stability. Two simulation examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed techniques.
