The invention provides an adaptive dynamic coding method for track circuits in a high speed railway. The adaptive dynamic coding method for the track circuits in the high speed railway includes the steps that two sections of track circuits form a block section, and multiple block sections form an automatic block track circuit; when multiple train conduct tracking operation on the automatic block track circuit, a train control center adjusts the coding of the automatic block track circuit by electronic coding according to the change of train operating position, train route and status information of each block section in accordance with the principle of minimizing the tracking interval. The adaptive dynamic coding method for the track circuits in the high speed railway has the advantages ofrealizing automatic block of a train in interval tracking operation in a CTCS-3 (Chinese train control system level 3) train control system not by adding any hardware device to the CTCS-3 system but only by improving the TCC (electronic coding algorithm), improving the resolution of the train control system to a train occupied track circuit, and enabling an automatic block system to possess the basic features of virtual block and mobile block.
