The development of modern engineering brought about numerous benefits to mankind, but also caused many ethical issues. Engineers possess power due to their scientific and technological knowledge, enabling them to undertake special responsibilities and obligations. Engineering ethics is a critical reflection of this responsibility. In the mid-1970s, engineering ethics emerged in developed countries such as the United States, developing rapidly thereafter [14].
