This brief proposes a dual-band filtering power divider (FPD) based on a single substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) cavity with complementary split-ring resonators (CSRRs). The first passband is obtained by employing the metallic vias to control the perturbed TE101’ and TE102’-modes, while the second passband is obtained by the CSRRs etched on the bottom metal layer. Particularly, the bandwidths (BWs) and center frequencies (CFs) can be adjusted to a certain extent by changing the CSRRs and metallic vias. Dual-band isolation is realized by wisely loading a resistor between the output ports on the top metal layer and loading another one on the slot line of the bottom layer, correspondingly. A prototype dual-band FPD operating at 11.24 GHz and 13.67 GHz is designed, fabricated, and measured for verification. Good accordance between simulation and measurement can be observed.
