This brief discusses the output synchronization problem for coupled neural networks with multiple delayed output couplings (CNNMDOCs). On one hand, by utilizing adaptive state feedback controller and coupling weight adjustment strategy, an output synchronization criterion for CNNMDOCs is derived on the basis of the Barbalat’s lemma and inequality techniques. On the other hand, the output synchronization of CNNMDOCs is further studied for the case that the parameters of single neural network are uncertain. At last, a numerical example is given to substantiate the effectiveness of the obtained criterion.
