This paper considers the robust consensus of multiagent dynamics with transmission constraints and noises, where the transmission constraints are relative-state-dependent while the noises are relative-state-independent. In the dynamics proposed in this problem, the additive noises, the transmission constraints and the interaction networks are time-varying, so this model has broad applicability. A novel and appropriate definition of robust consensus is proposed and the corresponding sufficient and necessary conditions for robust consensus are obtained. As a more general case with respect to the consensus of agents’ states, equilibrium is a significant phenomenon caused by transmission constraints. Similarly, the robustness of equilibrium is investigated, and the stability conditions are attained. Finally, some simulations illustrate the theoretical results.
