This article concerns the admissibility analysis of singular time-delay systems. The aim is to get superior criteria in both low conservativeness and less decision variables. To this end, the systems are decomposed and treated with different methods. The Lyapunov–Krasovskii functionals (LKFs) are constructed based on the state decomposition. By using tighter integral inequalities and the free weighting matrix method, some new admissibility criteria are derived to compare with the previous results, and are applied to the partial element equivalent circuits (PEECs) in numerical examples, by which the advantages of the proposed method are verified.
