Cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL) is an inherited cerebral small vessel disease caused by NOTCH3 gene mutations. This decision is not evidenceā€based considering the lack of data about pregnancy outcome in CADASIL. We describe our experience on pregnancy in CADASIL patients.
