We read with interest the recent paper by Munsksgaard et al in which they found no differences in the levels of nociceptin and CGRP between controls and patients with medication-overuse headache (MOH).1 As the authors point out in their conclusions, and we will focus here on CGRP levels, these results contrast to previous findings.2.
