Transforaminal endoscopic spine system (TESSYS) has the advantages of small trauma, rapid recovery, early out‐of‐bed activity and fewer postoperative complications in lumbar disc herniation (LDH) surgery. However, whether TESSYS would show a better curative effect than traditional open discectomy is not certain.
