The impact of self‐expandable metal stent (SEMS) for malignant right colonic obstruction remains undefined. The aim of this study was to compare short‐term postoperative and long‐term oncologic outcomes of colonic stenting as a bridge to surgery (SBTS) and urgent colectomy for patients with malignant right‐sided obstruction.
