DEAR EDITOR, We report the case of a 52-year-old woman with a giant angiosarcoma of about 30 cm in diameter involving her left supraclavicular and shoulder region (a–c). Due to the absence of metastases and the unsuitability of a surgical approach, we treated the patient with electrochemotherapy (ECT) according to standardized procedures (d). Following two sessions of ECT the patient obtained a progressive complete regression of the lesion, ongoing after 17 months (e, f). The patient did not have other treatment for angiosarcoma. Our experience depicts ECT as a new, elective therapeutic option for superficial giant lesions when a surgical approach is not feasible.
