Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is an uncommon inflammatory skin disorder, often associated with arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, and/or hematologic malignancies [1]. A classic feature of PG is the development or worsening of lesions at areas that experience trauma, also known as pathergy. Autologous skin grafting may be challenging in these patients due to the potential for pathergy at the donor site. We are presenting a case of a patient diagnosed with PG, whereby we utilized a novel fractional full-thickness skin harvesting device which did not result in pathergy.
