platelet count blood lymphocytes, amounts (images, Peripheral blood B lymphocytes, CD19, CD20 (weak), CD5, CD23, CD200 and CD43 CD10 surface and cytoplasmic An axillary lymph node bi-opsy showed a dense infiltrate of small lymphocytes with a low proliferation index, positive for CD20, CD23, CD5 and CD43 and negative for CD10 and cyclin D1. Whole body computed tomography did not show any other lymph node enlargement. A diagnosis of small lymphocytic lymphoma established.The
