To determine the incidence of isolated high grade prostatic epithelial neoplasia (iHGPIN) following magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)–ultrasonography co‐registration fusion targeted biopsy (MRFTB) coupled with systematic biopsy (SB) and to assess the detection rates of clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa).
