A 47-year-old woman presented with a painful papule on her right arm (Fig. 1), and reported the development of multiple red-brown asymptomatic papules on her back and arms in the past eight years. Her medical history was significant for hysterectomy for multiple leiomyomas at age of 39 years. Her mother and her sister had also undergone surgery for uterine myomatosis. There was no history of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) in the family.
